Each one of our Guest Chefs is so very different. Sharing their experience, expertise and passion with you within their courses to equip you with new knowledge, skills and techniques for life.

The my in mymuybueno is the personal touch. Each chef is sharing their ‘my’ with ‘you’.  Our Guest Chefs share their signature dishes, top tips, personality and skills within each course. In easy step by step modules, with unlimited access, you can learn with confidence no matter what your skill level. 

Adam Handling MBE

Michelin-starred Chef Adam Handling started out at Gleneagles aged 16 where he was the first ever apprentice chef, before becoming Fairmont’s youngest ever Head Chef. He was named Restaurateur of the Year in the British GQ Food and Drink Awards 2020, before earning his first Michelin star at his flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling, in 2022.

Gareth Ward

Gareth Ward is Chef Owner of Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms, a Two Michelin Star Restaurant located in the idyllic Welsh countryside.

Born and raised in County Durham, Gareth made the move to Wales in 2013 to head the Ynyshir Restaurant kitchen with then owners Mr & Mrs Reen.  

Harriet Mansell

Harriet has made several TV cooking appearances, including Great British Menu, River Cottage Reunited, and was a Guest Judge on Top Chef America. She has won various awards such as Food Magazine Best Chef 2022, and was nominated as Chef to Watch at the National Restaurant Awards 2022. 

James Knappett

James Knappett is chef patron and co-founder of Kitchen Table in London’s Fitzrovia. Born in Soham, Cambridgeshire, James had an early interest in cooking and attended a Cambridgeshire catering college before moving to London and landing formative positions in some of the capital’s most prestigious dining establishments, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The Berkeley and The Ledbury.

Jules Cooking

Ever since Jules was a little boy he wanted to become a chef, he always loved to cook and be creative with ingredients. Working in his Mother’s garden or helping his Father with cooking his signature pasta.

At a young age he started working in small kitchens and at the age of fifteen he made his very first Jules Cooking video.

 

Kirk Haworth

Kirk Haworth leads the kitchen with unparalleled passion, inspired by his very personal journey in food and galvanised by his pursuit back to health. 

After winning the North West Young Chef of the Year award at 17, Kirk went on to work under the world’s top chefs at The French Laundry, Restaurant Sat Bains, The Square, The Quay and Northcote, perfecting his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world for almost two decades.

Sally Abé

Sally came to London in 2007 at the age of 20 to undertake a year placement at The Savoy as part of her degree course – and never left! Sally fell in love with the kitchen and she remained in London, joining Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s later that year.

Two years later, Sally joined The Ledbury in Notting Hill spending five years honing her skills under two-Michelin-starred chef, Brett Graham and where she feels she mastered the art of cooking, experiencing how a Michelin-starred restaurant comes together.

Tom Booton

Starting out as a trainee, Tom began right at the bottom but quickly showed his potential and began to rise through the ranks. In 2013, after five years learning the ropes at Le Talbooth, Tom moved to London and worked for Michelin-starred chef, Alyn Williams at his self-titled restaurant within The Westbury hotel.

One year on, Tom moved to L’Autre Pied, Marylebone, under the tutelage of Andy Mcfadden. Tom remained there for over two years, leaving as sous chef to go travelling.
