About the Chef:
Gareth Ward is Chef Owner of Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms, a Two Michelin Star Restaurant located in the idyllic Welsh countryside.
Born and raised in County Durham, Gareth made the move to Wales in 2013 to head the Ynyshir Restaurant kitchen with then owners Mr & Mrs Reen.
In his first full year at Ynyshir, Gareth and his team were awarded their first Michelin Star, and Gareth was named “Chef to Watch”.
