Hannah Rose is currently Sous Chef onboard a 92m Superyacht. Her father inspired her passion for chocolatier and patisserie work, leading to her falling in love with the art of chocolate. Hannah’s journey began in the fast-paced environment of fine dining.

Hannah Rose is currently Sous Chef onboard a 92m Superyacht. Her father inspired her passion for chocolatier and patisserie work, leading to her falling in love with the art of chocolate.

Hannah’s journey began in the fast-paced environment of fine dining, being exposed to a wealth of knowledge from a young age. Her career into the world of Michelin-Star kitchens began at just eighteen years old. Thriving from intricate design and complex procedure, with her keen eye for detail, becoming a chocolatier naturally fell into her path.

Over five years ago, Hannah embarked on the task of mastering chocolatier work, which has since become one of her biggest passions. Moving from the kitchen to the galley, Hannah transitioned into the yachting industry, utilising her chocolatier and patisserie skills to the best of her advantage to provide a one-of-kind experience for guests onboard.

Hannah thrives in the dynamic and high-pressure environment of the yachting industry, where her passion for culinary excellence and creativity truly shines. She delivers an exceptional experience, with her meticulous attention to detail, innovative flavour combinations and exquisite presentation, all with a personal touch.

She skilfully incorporates a diverse range of global ingredients and techniques into her creations, as well as taking great pride in personalising her craft.

It’s fair to say Hannah’s in her element when creating the most visually stunning and incredible exciting chocolate flavours, especially as a self-taught chocolatier. 

She smoothly navigates the complexities of her role, seamlessly blending her passion for intricate design, organisation, and chocolate artistry with her dedication to delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.
